   GTA Support groups are not intended to be a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, medical treatment, medication, or therapy. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified mental health provider with any questions you may have regarding any mental health symptom or medical condition.

    GTA Support group providers are not authorized to make recommendations about medication or serve as a substitute for professional advice. Never disregard professional psychological or medical advice or delay seeking professional advice or treatment because of something you have read on GTA.


Return and Refund Policy

Return and Refund Policy for Therapy Platform

Thank you for choosing our platform. We strive to provide you with the best possible service and support. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to request a return or refund. Please review our Return and Refund Policy outlined below:

1. Refund Eligibility:

   - We offer NO refunds on extended support services once the session or service is completed with the client and provider present (in person/virtually/by phone, etc).

   - We offer NO refunds on digital downloads, books, research articles, and all downloadable materials.

2. Refund Process:

   - To request a refund, please contact our support team at: “[email protected]” and provide your order details and reason for the refund request.

   - Our team will review your request and determine your eligibility for a refund based on our refund policy.

   - If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within (14 business days).

3. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain products or services may not be eligible for refunds. These include:
  • Digital downloads or access to online content.
  • Services are already provided, including individual sessions, coaching sessions, support group sessions, and consultations.

4. Cancellation Policy:

   - If you wish to cancel a subscription of service, please notify us at least 30 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

5. Exceptions:

   - In some cases, exceptions to our refund policy may be made for extenuating circumstances. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

2.1. Our platform provides access to support services, including but not limited to support groups, individual sessions from therapists to therapists, career counseling, coaching services, and related resources.

2.2. Support services are provided by coaches, supervised pre-licensed therapists, licensed/certified therapists and other professionals who are independent contractors. We do not provide therapy services ourselves.

2.3. You understand that support services provided through our platform are for informational and guidance purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

  3. User Accounts:

3.1. To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  4. User Conduct:

4.1. You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our platform.

4.2. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to the use of therapeutic services.

5.1. Payment for support services provided through our platform is handled through secure payment processing systems.

5.2. You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you receive, as outlined at the time of booking.

5.3. Fees for support services are subject to change at any time, with notice provided through our platform.

  6. Intellectual Property:

6.1. All content and materials available on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of “Global Therapist Alliance” also known as “GTA” or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content or materials from our platform without our prior written consent.

  7. Limitation of Liability:

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, “Global Therapist Alliance” shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way related to your use of our platform or support services.
