1. Support Groups Facilitator:

Overview:

The Clinician for Support Groups will facilitate support groups for platform users, providing a safe space for discussion, reflection, and mutual support. This role involves guiding group sessions, addressing mental health concerns, and promoting self-care practices.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Facilitate support groups for therapists and psychology students.

- Create a supportive and inclusive environment for group participants.

- Address mental health concerns and promote self-care practices.

- Develop and adapt group activities and discussion topics.

- Provide feedback and support to group members.

- Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.

- Currently licensed or pre-licensed mental health professional.

- Experience in group facilitation and mental health support.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Participate in the Student Advisory Board.
