Eligibility Criteria: Recent graduates or therapists within their first two years of practice.

Group Type: Closed – Once the group starts, no new members will be added.

Structure: 7-10 participants, two facilitators. Sessions will focus on transitioning from academia to clinical work, handling complex cases, and professional development.
